GTM Stood Out in APLA
GTM stood out during the 31st Annual Latin American Petrochemicals Meetings, held last November 5 – 8 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is a key industry event for the continent.
The activity, organized by APLA (Asociación Petroquímica y Química Latinoamericana), counted on the participation of 892 delegates representing 287 companies from 32 countries.
GTM took advantage of the opportunity to officially launch its new name and logo during diverse activities, including a full-page advertisement in the Chemical Week magazine, leading subject-matter publication in the world. A hospitality suite displayed our new brand and our executives held important business meetings with representatives of outstanding companies in the petrochemical industry.
Panachem, sister organization of GTM, was also present with an advertisement and an interview of its President, Jorge Squier, published in the APLA-related special edition of ICIS. ICIS is a global information provider for the chemical, energy and fertilizer industry. With this, GTM continues working to strengthen its regional business and promote its name as a Latin American leader in the distribution and sale of chemical products and raw materials, as well as a provider of related services.
With more than 28 years in the Latin American market, GTM has 470 employees that work in 15 countries where the company currently has offices and operations.
